I post about 170 updates on my LinkedIN profile each week, these updates are the feeds that you receive on your LinkedIN homepage. These are manually aggregated before being pasted on an excel sheet (more on that later)

So How do you get on to it?

Step 1: Get a Bit.ly Account
Step 3: Follow these steps to get your Bitly API key
Click the highlighted area, then click settings- Advanced Settings- “API Support”
Simply add the username and API Key that you see here onto your Excel sheet i.e Bitly username and Bitly API key.
Step 4: Start collecting the links that you think your connections might find useful
Go to your industry news, articles, updates etc and collect them
Step 5: Go back to the google drive sheet and click the ‘Shortener tab’
and add all the links on the left side of the sheet and you’ll see the shortened links appearing on the right hand side like magic
Step 6: Signup for Social Media Pilot (Important step)
The Basic version allows you to schedule 30 posts, while the Pro version allows you to bulk schedule 250 posts.
The Calendar feature allows you to set the time you want these posts to be sent out.
Step 7: Sit Back and enjoy every bit of it and if you are doing this on your company page then don’t mention it to your boss. (Very Important step)
